Vodafone Black Pricelist

Commercially available from 11/10/2016

• The monthly fee includes VAT24% and mobile services tax 10% from 1/1/2022. Tax exemption is applied to beneficiaries, after successful registration at Gov.gr from 10/1/2022 onwards. The mobile services tax is calculated based on the total amount of the monthly bill, before applying VAT without extra charges or additional services.

• The MMS allowance is not for use while roaming.

• For each fixed connection under the same Tax Identification Number (TIN), an additional 5% monthly discount is applied to Vodafone Black. If there are multiple mobile connections under the same TIN, the combined discount will be applied to only one mobile connection (typically to the first activated connection or the connection with the highest nominal fee of the commercially available plan).

• The customer is eligible for up to four complimentary SIM cards for the Internet 4Sharing service.

International Calls

• More specifically, for the following countries: Cape Verde, Guam, Madagascar, Maldives Republic, Mozambique, Palestine, Sierra Leone, Vietnam, Zimbabwe there is free roaming for calls and SMS. Data usage, however, is charged with 1€/ΜΒ.

• Roaming within European Union countries: Free Roaming is valid for all calls within European Union countries. Example: In case you are in Italy, you can use the embedded airtime for calls to Greece, Italy and France.

• Roaming within non-EU Countries: Free Roaming is valid for calls to Greece and to Roaming country. Example: In case you are in China, you can use the embedded airtime for calls to Greece and China.

• In above mentioned calls, calls to short codes are not included, premium rates services and towards satellite/maritime networks are being charged with basic Roaming charges.

• After the consumption of the embedded SMS, costs are charged according to the national rates

• Internet usage within European Union countries: Internet usage within European Union countries is unlimited.

• Internet usage within non- European Union countries (excluding Cape Verde, Guam, Madagascar, Maldives Republic, Mozambique, Palestine, Sierra Leone, Vietnam, Zimbabwe): Free roaming and after consumption of the 100GB, that is available for use in non-European Union countries, the charge is €1/MB.

• Permanent roaming is not permitted and customer should at least make one chargeable event in Greece in 30 days period of time.

Internet 4Sharing

With Internet 4Sharing, Vodafone Black customers can freely share their GBs across Smartphones, Laptops, and Tablets.

• Up to 4 additional devices can be connected to each primary connection with corresponding SIM cards from the Internet 4Sharing service, which consume from the embedded GB of the Vodafone Black plan.

• For the Internet 4Sharing service, there is no Fair Usage Policy for Greece and the European Union, while a 100GB Fair Usage Policy applies to countries outside the European Union, where free roaming applies.

Other Charges

25% discount on accessories only in Vodafone stores which are part of the program

1. The promotion applies to Vodafone Silver customers upon Vodafone Silver card display.

2. Each Vodafone Silver customer can use the discount for one accessory/ week.

3. The discount is not valid in combination with other discounts or promotions.

4. The 25% discount is applicable to

   • SmartHome devices (e.g. IP cameras, robot vacuum cleaner), electric scooters, wearables, keyboard, car holder, USB Stick, Apple accessories (e.g. apple pen), gaming (e.g. consoles, console controls), powerbanks, chargers, cables, go pro cameras, protective cases, headphones, speakers.

5. The 25% discount is NOT applicable to

   • Smartphones, tablets, TVs & router type equipment.

Internet service/ Team Ready

• The free personalized session with Vodafone Team Ready in store, is valid once within 6 months.

• The free session with the Vodafone Team Ready at your premises is only valid once a year.

Vodafone Replace

Exclusively and only for holders of the Vodafone Black program, the Vodafone Express Repair - Replace service covers free replacement for all the devices that Vodafone sells

Vodafone Express Repair - Replace procedure

The service is valid for 12 months and covers 1 incident starting from the date of device’s purchase, within the Greek territory. Incidents occurring outside the Greek territory are not covered.

The service is provided in cooperation with the Vodafone Service Hub and in case of theft or damage of the device, the holder of the Black program should contact within 3 calendar days from the date of the event his personal advisor at 13830, who will inform him about the next steps.

Duration of coverage of the Vodafone Express Repair – Replace service

The program has a duration of 12 months and the program period starts on the date of purchase of the device.

The service is not valid for customers who have been transferred to Vodafone Black program without a renewal and does not concern cases where the device has been acquired before the transition to Vodafone Black.

When this period is elapsed, the service expires.

The service may be terminated earlier if

• the owner of the device has already received the compensation within the 12-month period.

• the IMEI number of the device has been blocked/deactivated.

Vodafone Express Repair - Replace service coverage

Covers damages in 2 main cases

• Device loss

  • When a device is lost due to Theft or Robbery. The subscriber must report the loss to the police and the IMEI number of the device must be blocked.

• Damage to the device due to an accident

  • fall that results in breakage

  • contact with water or another liquid element.

  • contact with sand

  • accidental fluctuation of current voltage

Vodafone Replace service coverage

Covers damages in 3 main cases

• Device loss

  • When a device is lost due to Theft or Robbery

• Fraudulent Telecommunication Charges

  • Additional fees of all types (calls, SMS, data) due to theft or robbery of the device and up to the amount of €250 per event and cumulatively per insurance period.

• Damage to the device due to an accident

  • Fall that results in breakage

  • Contact with water or another liquid element

  • Fire

  • Contact with sand

  • Accidental fluctuation of current voltage

Damages not covered by the service

The Vodafone Express Repair - Replace service does not cover the devices when there is damage

• Which consists of loss of components from the electronic board or from unauthorized intervention.

• Due to the use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions (examples related to prolonged exposure of the appliance to high temperatures, the use of error or non-authorized chargers that can lead to change of the board, the installation of a non-approved software).

• Due to malware installation (as well as an electronic virus).

• Consisting of a malfunction resulting from defects in materials or design (for problems in the hardware or software of the device cause by the way the device was made. Examples; freeze screen, open and closes without any user intervention, greatly delaying the reboot (restart) of the device, issues with the memory and the software of the device- limited internal memory not compatible with software update requirements, problems with the battery life, connecting to Wi-Fi).

• On the surface of the device, such as a scratch, wear-off of the outer dye layer of the device or other damage that does not affect the operation of the device.
